Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the complete setup and breakdown of banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linen, and place settings.
- Serve food and beverages to guests during events with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, including pre-function spaces, storage rooms, and service stations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, banquet captains, and other team members to ensure seamless event execution.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to all requests.
- Transport banquet equipment, supplies, and food items safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Report any guest complaints or issues to the Banquet Manager or supervisor immediately.
- Participate in pre-event briefings to understand event details and guest requirements.
- Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained after events.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg)
