Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and sanitization duties across various areas, including offices, restrooms, common spaces, and hallways.
- Empty waste bins, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
- Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms and breakroom facilities daily.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors as required, ensuring they are clean and free of hazards.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, window sills, and other surfaces regularly.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to management.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues, hazards, or repairs required to supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of cleanliness.
