Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the company’s strategic goals and talent objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, compliance training, and professional development courses.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development priorities across various departments and employee levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics, feedback, and ROI analysis, continuously refining offerings for maximum impact.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR business partners to integrate L&D initiatives into broader talent management strategies.
- Research and recommend innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance program delivery and engagement.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, growth, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale learning and development programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design, and blended learning approaches.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strategic thinking with an ability to translate business needs into effective L&D solutions.
