Career.zycto is on the lookout for a highly motivated and customer-centric Remote Customer Success Representative to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our innovative HR technology platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Conduct virtual onboarding sessions and training to ensure clients successfully adopt and utilize our HR technology platform.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, product questions, and technical support, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Proactively monitor client health, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to address client needs, gather feedback, and advocate for product enhancements.
  • Educate clients on new features, product updates, and best practices to drive maximum value from their investment.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client evolving needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities within our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the creation of customer success resources, including FAQs, guides, and webinars.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work.
