Job Description

PPC Zimbabwe is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our executive leadership team in Bulawayo. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies, sales plans, and marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and optimize the performance of sales, marketing, and business development teams to achieve and exceed aggressive revenue targets.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets, customer segments, and product applications to expand PPC Zimbabwe’s market share and influence.
  • Drive product and service innovation and portfolio expansion efforts in alignment with evolving market needs and customer demands.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive landscape assessments, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue growth, sales effectiveness, and market penetration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other C-suite executives (CFO, COO, CEO) to ensure integrated business planning and operational excellence.
  • Manage the revenue budget, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices in CRM, sales technology, and data analytics to enhance commercial operations.

  • Demonstrable familiarity and experience with the Southern African business landscape and market dynamics.
