Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide support with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Engage residents in social activities, conversations, and recreational programs.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks in residents' rooms to maintain a tidy environment.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive status to nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a sense of community.
- Assist with medication reminders, adhering strictly to established protocols and under supervision.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and observations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident calls for assistance.
