Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and fresh juices, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare and serve light meals, pastries, and snacks as per menu specifications.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café counter, seating areas, and equipment.
- Restock inventory, including cups, ingredients, and food items, ensuring consistent availability.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the café as required.
