Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all hotel grounds, including lawns, gardens, shrubbery, flower beds, and outdoor recreational areas.
- Perform regular landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, planting, and fertilizing.
- Operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools, ensuring their safe and efficient use.
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems, adjusting watering schedules as necessary to ensure optimal plant health.
- Ensure the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of all outdoor areas, including pathways, parking lots, and external common spaces, by regularly sweeping, clearing debris, and managing waste.
- Identify and address plant diseases, pest infestations, and other horticultural issues promptly.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on outdoor fixtures, such as benches, fences, and lighting.
- Assist with seasonal decorations, special event setups, and other grounds-related projects as directed by management.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
