Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members during flights.
  • Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service, attending to passenger needs and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight safety checks of all cabin equipment, emergency exits, and supplies.
  • Provide clear, concise, and engaging demonstrations of safety procedures and emergency equipment.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and duty-free products with professionalism, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
  • Handle passenger queries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with empathy and sound judgment.
  • Administer first aid in medical emergencies and assist passengers with special needs or mobility challenges.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness, order, and overall presentation throughout the flight.
  • Collaborate effectively and harmoniously with the flight deck crew and other cabin crew members.
  • Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner after each flight.
  • Adhere strictly to all national and international aviation regulations, company policies, and procedures.
