Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential grant opportunities from foundations, government agencies, and corporate entities relevant to Career.zycto's mission and client needs.
- Develop and write persuasive, well-researched, and clear grant proposals, applications, letters of inquiry, and supporting documents tailored to specific funder requirements.
- Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports associated with grant proposals and awards, working closely with finance and project teams.
- Manage the grant submission process, ensuring all deadlines are met and all required materials are accurate and complete.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of grant opportunities, submissions, awards, and reporting schedules.
- Ensure strict compliance with all grant terms, conditions, and reporting requirements, including timely submission of progress reports and final reports.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective funders, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project managers, marketing, leadership) to gather information, develop project narratives, and understand funding needs.
- Track and analyze grant outcomes and provide regular updates on funding efforts to senior management.
- Stay informed about current trends in philanthropy, grant funding, and relevant industry regulations.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to write compelling grant proposals.
- Demonstrated experience in grant research, proposal writing, and grant management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
