Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect and verify contents against shipping documents, noting any discrepancies.
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Prepare items for shipping, ensuring proper labeling, scanning, and documentation.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring clear aisles and pathways.
- Operate basic material handling equipment safely after receiving proper training (e.g., manual pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and ensure stock rotation practices are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, procedures, and policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
