Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of product knowledge, including brand stories, materials, and styling options.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on customer preferences and current trends.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and replenished.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/card payments.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering repeat business and loyalty.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and organizing new arrivals.
  • Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive shopping environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns/exchanges professionally.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
