Career.zycto is searching for a highly organized and meticulous Grant Administration Associate to join our dynamic remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting our clients through the entire grant lifecycle, from initial research and proposal development to post-award compliance and reporting. As a Grant Administration Associate, you will serve as a critical liaison between our clients and various funding agencies, ensuring all applications are submitted accurately, on time, and in full compliance with grantor guidelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed grant budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all grant applications and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all grant activities, including proposals, awards, rejections, and reporting deadlines.
  • Monitor grant compliance and prepare interim and final reports as required by funding agencies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, funders, and internal stakeholders regarding grant status, requirements, and outcomes.
  • Support post-award administration, including tracking expenditures, managing timelines, and facilitating audits.
  • Stay current with best practices in grant writing, administration, and relevant regulatory changes.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in grant research, writing, or administration.
