Key Responsibilities
- Actively scout, identify, and evaluate emerging musical talent (artists, songwriters, producers) across various channels including live performances, online platforms, and industry events.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing talent, their managers, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective artists, analyzing their music, social media presence, engagement, and market potential.
- Prepare detailed talent reports and compelling presentations for the A&R committee, articulating artist value and potential.
- Stay abreast of current music industry trends, new genres, cultural shifts, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the creative team to envision and support artist development plans, including songwriting camps and studio sessions.
- Assist with preliminary terms and contract discussions for new signings.
- Represent Career.zycto at key industry events, showcases, and conferences.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in talent scouting or a related music industry role (e.g., artist management, promotions).
