Key Responsibilities
- Represent Career.zycto professionally and enthusiastically at various community events, local gatherings, and promotional activities across Mueda.
- Engage directly and authentically with the public, potential clients, and stakeholders to build strong brand awareness and generate positive word-of-mouth.
- Educate target audiences about our products, services, and brand values in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, tailoring messages to local nuances.
- Skillfully distribute marketing materials, gather valuable feedback, and meticulously collect qualified leads for the sales team.
- Actively contribute to the development of localized marketing strategies and provide actionable insights into community needs and emerging trends.
- Precisely document and report on promotional activities, noting challenges, successes, and key learnings to the marketing team.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
- Maintain a deep and current understanding of our offerings to expertly answer questions and address concerns with confidence and authority.
- Act as a direct and empathetic point of contact for initial customer inquiries and efficiently facilitate escalations when necessary.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in Portuguese and ideally local languages relevant to Cabo Delgado.
- Proven ability to engage and build genuine rapport with diverse audiences from various backgrounds.
- Strong public speaking and engaging presentation abilities, capable of holding an audience's attention.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly capable of working independently to achieve set objectives.
- Excellent organizational and meticulous time management skills, especially in dynamic environments.
- An enthusiastic, outgoing, and consistently professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of fundamental marketing principles and a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (1+ years) as a Brand Ambassador, promoter, community outreach specialist, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Deep familiarity with the Mueda, Cabo Delgado Province area, its culture, and local community dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation or direct sales, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms effectively for brand promotion and community engagement.
- A relevant diploma or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
