Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive community growth and engagement strategies for Web3 projects.
- Manage and actively moderate discussions across various platforms, including Discord, Telegram, Twitter (X), Reddit, and other relevant forums.
- Create compelling, informative, and engaging content such as announcements, blog posts, AMAs, tutorials, and social media updates.
- Organize and host online events, workshops, livestreams, and contests to foster community interaction and education.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, feedback, and support, escalating issues to relevant internal teams when necessary.
- Monitor community sentiment, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key community members, influencers, and strategic partners within the Web3 space.
- Develop and maintain community guidelines and ensure a positive, inclusive, and compliant environment.
- Track and report on key community metrics, demonstrating ROI and identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in community management, specifically within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry.
- Deep understanding of Web3 concepts, including DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, Layer 1/2 solutions, and decentralized applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with major community management platforms (Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, Reddit, Discourse).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed, collaborative team.
- Experience with community analytics tools to monitor growth and engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
- Active participation in various Web3 communities as a contributor or moderator.
