Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain therapy rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup for various treatments.
- Assist clients with arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and welcoming experience.
- Manage and restock linens, towels, and all essential treatment supplies regularly.
- Maintain high sanitation standards for all equipment, surfaces, and therapy spaces.
- Support licensed massage therapists with client positioning, draping, and other non-medical tasks as needed.
- Greet clients warmly, answer basic inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and report restocking needs to management promptly.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a tranquil and welcoming environment for all clients.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and spa operational regulations and protocols.
