Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain therapy rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup for various treatments.
  • Assist clients with arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and welcoming experience.
  • Manage and restock linens, towels, and all essential treatment supplies regularly.
  • Maintain high sanitation standards for all equipment, surfaces, and therapy spaces.
  • Support licensed massage therapists with client positioning, draping, and other non-medical tasks as needed.
  • Greet clients warmly, answer basic inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and report restocking needs to management promptly.
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining a tranquil and welcoming environment for all clients.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and spa operational regulations and protocols.

Required Skills
