Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport hotel guests to and from various destinations, including airports, local attractions, and business meetings.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring their belongings are loaded and unloaded carefully.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel's vehicles, performing daily checks on fluid levels, tire pressure, and general vehicle condition.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations.
- Plan efficient routes, considering traffic conditions and guest preferences.
- Provide guests with local information, recommendations, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger logs.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or incidents promptly to management.
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding guest information.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class E or G)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a hospitality or transport service role.
- Excellent driving record with no major violations.
