Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across various sales channels (retail, HORECA, corporate clients).
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing outreach strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance against objectives.
  • Represent Phoenix Beverages Ltd. at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and resolve customer inquiries or issues effectively.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, with experience in a B2B or FMCG environment.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
