Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate perimeter and common areas, ensuring all points of entry and exit are secure.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to any suspicious activities or breaches.
- Control access to the estate, verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and vehicles, and maintaining accurate logs.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance from residents and visitors.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, security breaches, and other critical situations.
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, documenting observations, actions taken, and witness statements.
- Liaise with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Conduct security checks on incoming and outgoing goods and deliveries.
- Provide basic first aid in emergencies until professional medical help arrives.
- Assist residents with security-related concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the estate with dignity and respect.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in security operations, preferably within a residential or corporate environment.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
