This critical full-time role involves the continuous oversight and proactive management of various safety equipment systems, ensuring their optimal functionality and immediate response readiness. As a Safety Equipment Monitoring Attendant, you will be at the forefront of our safety operations, responsible for remotely and sometimes physically monitoring advanced equipment, identifying potential anomalies, and initiating rapid response protocols when necessary. Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor safety equipment and systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, fire alarms, gas detection) from a central station.
- Respond promptly to all alarms and alerts, assessing the situation and initiating appropriate emergency procedures.
- Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports.
- Communicate effectively with on-site personnel, supervisors, and emergency services during incidents.
- Conduct routine checks and verification of equipment functionality and calibration.
- Perform minor troubleshooting on monitoring equipment and report serious malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate logs of all monitoring activities and equipment status.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new equipment and protocols.
