Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, assess their vehicle concerns, and accurately record service information.
- Provide clear, concise explanations of necessary repairs, maintenance services, and corresponding cost estimates.
- Regularly update customers on the status of their vehicle's service or repair, ensuring full transparency.
- Efficiently process service requests, schedule appointments, and manage comprehensive work orders.
- Conduct follow-up communications post-service to ensure customer satisfaction and address any lingering questions.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring smooth information flow.
- Proactively identify and recommend additional services or preventative maintenance based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines.

Required Skills
