Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and offloading of petroleum products (PMS, AGO, DPK) from tanker trucks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Conduct routine checks on depot equipment and facilities, including pumps, valves, and storage tanks, reporting any malfunctions or potential hazards promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of product movement, including stock levels, deliveries, and dispatches, utilizing established documentation systems.
- Support inventory management activities, performing physical counts and reconciling data to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures within the depot, participating in safety briefings.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the depot premises, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with depot supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient daily operations and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Operate basic depot machinery and tools as required, following proper training and safety guidelines, such as operating flow meters.
- Participate actively in safety drills, emergency response training, and other developmental programs to enhance operational safety knowledge and skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in record-keeping and inventory management.
