Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with Career.zycto's strategic objectives and business needs.
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules covering a wide range of topics including leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and soft skills.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and future training requirements across all levels of the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the L&D team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish robust metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness and ROI of all learning initiatives, providing data-driven insights to senior management.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Research and integrate best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative learning methodologies to enhance program delivery and learner engagement.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage specialized expertise and resources when necessary.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating successful L&D strategies and programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and various learning methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization, from frontline employees to executive leadership.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure program effectiveness and report on key L&D metrics.
