Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanner instructions.
- Verify product quantity, quality, and item numbers to prevent errors.
- Package items securely and efficiently, preparing them for shipment or internal transfer.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks safely and responsibly (training provided if necessary).
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and stock rotation as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily picking targets and operational goals.
- Perform other ad-hoc warehouse duties as required to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand picking lists and product labels in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages up to 15-20 kg regularly.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or hand-held scanners.
- Valid UAE residency visa.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if required by operational needs.
