Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled technicians and electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and infrastructure.
- Prepare and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Perform routine cleaning, organization, and upkeep of workshops, equipment, and work areas.
- Support in basic tasks such as digging trenches, clearing vegetation, and securing work sites.
- Conduct visual inspections of equipment and infrastructure for signs of wear or damage, reporting findings to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, procedures, and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
- Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs under direct supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of tools and materials used during maintenance activities.
- Participate in emergency response efforts as required, providing support to restore power.
- Undergo continuous training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow all guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license (Class B or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a utility, construction, or industrial environment.
