Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food and beverages according to established recipes and hygiene standards.
- Set up and arrange catering venues, including tables, chairs, decorations, and food service equipment.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a polite, efficient, and professional manner.
- Clear tables and dismantle catering equipment post-event, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Transport catering supplies and equipment to and from event locations safely.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure smooth and successful event execution.
