Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Monitor and operate surveillance equipment (CCTV) to identify any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Control access to the premises, verifying credentials of personnel and visitors, and maintaining accurate logs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergency situations, or disturbances.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
- Report any security concerns, equipment malfunctions, or suspicious behaviors to management.
- Provide assistance and directions to staff and visitors as needed, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar protective service role (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent observation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, demonstrating strong initiative.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
