Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Connect to diverse data sources, perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using Power Query.
- Design and implement robust and efficient data models using advanced DAX formulas.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and translate them into technical specifications and viable Power BI solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reporting solutions.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, fostering self-service BI capabilities.
- Monitor report performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Stay abreast of the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry best practices to continuously enhance our BI capabilities.

Required Skills
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power BI Desktop, including DAX, Power Query (M-language), and report development.
