Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security events and alerts using SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and other security tools.
- Perform initial triage, investigation, and analysis of security incidents to determine their nature, scope, and potential impact.
- Provide first-line technical support for cybersecurity-related issues, collaborating with IT teams to resolve complex problems.
- Escalate identified incidents to senior analysts or incident response teams according to established protocols.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of security documentation, including playbooks, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
