Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Assist with laundry operations, ensuring linens and towels are clean, folded, and readily available.
- Support kitchen and dining operations by washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and assisting with basic food preparation as needed.
- Promptly attend to minor guest requests and report any maintenance issues or significant guest concerns to supervisors.
- Ensure all hotel facilities, including storage areas and public restrooms, are well-maintained and adequately stocked.
- Assist the front desk team with luggage handling, errands, or basic guest inquiries when required.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures established by the hotel.
- Collaborate effectively and respectfully with other team members across various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linen, reporting shortages as necessary.
