Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Ensure all areas are tidy and presentable, paying close attention to detail.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, such as delivering extra towels or toiletries.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, and communicate needs to management.
- Handle guest laundry services efficiently and accurately, if applicable.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Assist with other hotel duties as required, including supporting other departments during peak times.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
