Ariston Holdings Limited is seeking a talented and dynamic Creative Media Specialist to join our marketing and communications team in Mashonaland East Province. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive creative media strategies aligned with Ariston's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Produce high-quality visual content, including photography and videography, for various digital platforms (social media, website, presentations, internal communications).
- Write engaging and persuasive copy for marketing materials, press releases, website content, and social media posts.
- Manage and optimize Ariston's social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
- Design and create visually appealing graphic assets using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify content opportunities and ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in creative media, digital marketing, and agricultural communications.
- Support PR and corporate communications efforts through media kits, presentations, and event coverage.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Expertise in video production and editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong photography skills with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency.
- Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in social media management and content strategy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable understanding of branding principles and digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience within the agricultural, FMCG, or related industries.
