Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and staging of scaffolding materials and components at job sites.
- Help skilled scaffolders in the safe and efficient assembly and dismantling of various types of scaffolding structures.
- Transport scaffolding equipment and tools around the construction site as directed.
- Clean and maintain scaffolding components and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support the team by performing general labor duties as required on site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding tasks and potential issues.
- Attend and participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
