Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a warm and professional manner, providing exceptional service tailored to individual needs.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of current fashion trends, product features, and brand stories to effectively advise clients.
- Assist customers with styling advice, product selection, and fittings, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle customer inquiries and returns with professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and personalized communication, fostering customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a fashion or luxury boutique setting.
- Strong passion for fashion, current trends, and style.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue.
