Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Client Success, or Engagement Specialist, preferably within an agency or B2B service environment.
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, with a proven track record of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
