Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's mission and clients' business goals.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance courses.
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate learning interventions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) and modify strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Champion the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and microlearning.
- Mentor and develop a team of learning professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.
- Collaborate with senior management and HR business partners to integrate L&D initiatives with broader talent management strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development, applying relevant insights to Career.zycto's offerings.
Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing successful L&D programs in a complex organizational setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and talent management practices.
- Experience with various learning technologies and platforms (LMS, e-learning authoring tools, virtual classrooms).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals.
- Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen and ability to connect L&D initiatives to organizational performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Certification in instructional design, coaching, or psychometric assessment.
- Experience working in a consulting environment or with multiple client organizations.
