Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linen and replenish towels, toiletries, and other guest room amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items promptly to supervision.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Manage linen inventory and supply replenishment for your designated sections.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and public area maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
