Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support for API integrations, resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting of API connectivity, data flow, authentication, and performance problems.
- Monitor API integration health, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions.
- Configure, deploy, and manage API gateways and related integration platforms.
- Collaborate with development, product, and client teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for API integrations, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills
