We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s team in Dubai Healthcare City as a Banking Teller Support professional. In this pivotal role, you will be the front-line ambassador, providing essential support to branch operations and ensuring a seamless banking experience for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, statement requests, and general banking product information.
  • Verify customer identities and transaction details to prevent fraud and ensure compliance.
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and managing branch supplies.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking solutions.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other branch staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs.
  • Escalate complex customer issues or complaints to senior tellers or branch management as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or cash handling role, preferably within banking or retail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn banking software quickly.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
