Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for microfinance clients, addressing inquiries and providing comprehensive support.
  • Assist clients with the completion of loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
  • Process loan disbursements and monitor repayment schedules, proactively following up on overdue accounts.
  • Maintain meticulous client records and financial data in our internal systems, adhering to strict data privacy and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with credit officers and branch managers to evaluate loan applications and facilitate the approval process.
  • Conduct initial client screenings and eligibility assessments in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on client activities, loan performance, and operational metrics for management review.
  • Participate in community outreach programs and financial literacy workshops to educate potential clients.
  • Ensure full compliance with all local financial regulations and internal operational guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or risks related to client accounts or operational processes.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with an empathetic approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Valid UAE driving license.
