Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate daily tasks for construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to building codes and industry standards.
- Manage site logistics, material procurement, and equipment utilization effectively.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication between the project manager, engineers, clients, and on-site teams.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in civil construction.
