Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC and social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and provide recommendations for landing page optimization to maximize conversion rates.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal spend and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad assets and ensure brand consistency.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video campaigns).
  • Demonstrable experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram advertising).
  • Strong understanding of core PPC and social media advertising principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics platforms for data interpretation.
  • Excellent data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Extensive experience with budget management and optimization techniques.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction.

  • Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts across diverse industries.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their integration with PPC strategies.
  • Experience with CRM platforms for lead tracking and client management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
