Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Organizational Development Support Assistant to join our growing team in Plateau-Mont-Royal, Montreal. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about human resources, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvement. As a key member of our OD team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various initiatives designed to enhance our internal operations and client projects. You will contribute to the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs, employee engagement strategies, performance management systems, and change management efforts. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the research, development, and implementation of organizational development initiatives, including training programs, surveys, and workshops.
  • Coordinate logistics for OD-related meetings, workshops, and events, including scheduling, material preparation, and venue arrangements.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of OD documentation, presentations, and reports using various software tools.
  • Collect and analyze data related to employee engagement, performance metrics, and program effectiveness, preparing summaries for management review.
  • Help manage communication efforts for OD programs, ensuring timely and clear information dissemination to stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on best practices in organizational development and human resources, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of OD projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the Organizational Development Manager and team as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Basic understanding of HR principles or organizational behavior

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within HR or OD
  • Familiarity with survey tools and data analysis software
  • Experience with project coordination or event planning
