As a Hotel Lounge Attendant, you will be the welcoming face for our guests, responsible for creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere within the hotel lounge. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests entering the lounge area, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly and courteously.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to hotel standards and recipes.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions with integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lounge, including tables, chairs, bar area, and service stations.
- Restock all necessary supplies, such as glassware, cutlery, napkins, and beverage items.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance or recommendations.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the lounge for various events or shifts.
