Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled operators and technicians with various production tasks on the manufacturing floor.
- Prepare raw materials and components for production lines as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Move materials and finished products within the plant using appropriate methods (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks if trained).
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Support inventory management by assisting with receiving, stacking, and organizing materials.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and report any defects or issues immediately.
- Participate in general upkeep and minor maintenance of plant facilities as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Good physical stamina and strength for lifting and moving materials (up to 25kg).
