Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various business units and projects, identifying potential threats, vulnerabilities, and their potential impact.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of existing risk controls, recommending adjustments and improvements as necessary.
- Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to proactively update risk frameworks and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data, assess processes, and facilitate risk awareness and education.
- Prepare detailed risk assessment reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and relevant committees.
- Maintain accurate records of all risk assessment activities, findings, and resolutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management policies, procedures, and tools.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Risk Assessment Analyst or similar role (minimum 3 years).
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO ERM).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in risk assessment software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to present findings clearly and concisely.
