Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to users (e.g., login issues, basic software operation, printer problems).
  • Assist users with accessing and utilizing ICT resources, including computers, internet, and software applications.
  • Monitor and maintain the operational readiness of all ICT equipment, including hardware and software.
  • Perform routine checks and minor troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, and network connections.
  • Ensure the ICT center is clean, organized, and secure at all times.
  • Manage equipment sign-in/sign-out procedures and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Educate users on best practices for computer usage and data security.
  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of equipment for workshops or special events.
  • Enforce ICT center policies and guidelines to ensure a productive environment for all users.

Required Skills
