Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Solution Delivery Lead to join our dedicated team in Kadoma. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire solution delivery lifecycle, ensuring strict alignment with strategic business goals, architectural standards, and technical specifications.
  • Oversee comprehensive project planning, meticulous resource allocation, stringent budget management, and proactive risk mitigation strategies for multiple concurrent solution initiatives.
  • Collaborate intimately with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, define project scope, and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of best practices in project management, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, to enhance delivery efficiency, predictability, and overall quality.
  • Mentor, coach, and guide cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure transparent and seamless communication, providing regular and accurate reporting on project status, potential risks, and achievements to all relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Facilitate effective problem-solving and strategic decision-making processes, proactively identifying and expertly resolving impediments to project progress and team productivity.
  • Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to assess solution performance, gather crucial feedback, and identify key areas for continuous improvement and optimization.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in IT project management, solution architecture, or solution delivery, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Proven experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Strong leadership capabilities, exceptional team management skills, and a demonstrated ability to effectively engage and manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello).
  • Solid understanding of the telecommunications or digital services industry technologies, trends, and regulatory landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies, constraints, and competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant project management credentials.
  • Experience working with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Master's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
