Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily room cleaning and tidying services, ensuring all guest rooms and common areas meet impeccable hygiene and presentation standards.
- Restock room amenities and ensure all in-room facilities are in excellent working order.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, striving to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with laundry services, including collecting, washing, ironing, and distributing linens and guest items.
- Support food and beverage service operations as needed, which may include setting up dining areas, serving meals, and clearing tables.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, reporting needs to supervisors.
